Miles can be purchased or transferred in increments of 1,000 and are redeemable for all Midwest Miles awards.

Purchased miles are nonrefundable and will be posted to the Midwest Miles account within 24 hours. A combined maximum of 25,000 miles may be purchased, gifted or transferred per account per calendar year. Awards may not be redeemed using purchased or transferred miles until they are posted to an account. Purchased miles do not count toward Midwest Miles Executive member qualification.
