- Individuals may fly in from any city served by Midwest Airlines to the event city
- Individuals may book reservations online, via our call center or their travel agent
- Non-exclusive agreement, may partner with other airline carriers
- For every 30 paid passengers, the 31st flies free (blackout dates may apply).
To qualify for these savings, your organization must have a minimum
"fly-in" attendance of 50 individuals for a convention or 10 individuals

Group Travel
Note: Group pricing is only available on Midwest operated flights.
All you need is ten – for a great getaway! Pick nine or more friends,
family members or business associates and we'll provide everyone with
outstanding comfort and service from reservations through baggage
claim.
Pre-reserved seating (when available) is offered at the time of booking.
Your Midwest Airlines group representative will provide you with details about deposit and ticketing requirements.
