Conventions & Meetings

Receive up to 10% off regularly published fares when you travel with Midwest Airlines to your next convention or meeting. Our airfare discount program offers true savings, is very easy to use, plus it returns benefits back to the organization or travel planner in the way of complimentary tickets based on performance.

Additional program benefits include:

  • Frequent flyer mileage for every passenger
  • Flexibility in travel, several days prior and after the event on any flight
  • Individuals may fly in from any city served by Midwest Airlines to the event city
  • Individuals may book reservations online, via our call center or their travel agent
  • Non-exclusive agreement, may partner with other airline carriers
  • For every 30 paid passengers, the 31st flies free (blackout dates may apply).

To qualify for these savings, your organization must have a minimum "fly-in" attendance of 50 individuals for a convention or 10 individuals for a meeting. Check out the list of current Registered Conventions and Meetings.

Group Travel

All you need is eight – for a great getaway! Pick eight or more friends, family members or business associates and we'll provide everyone with outstanding comfort and service from reservations through baggage claim.

Qualify for Excellent Group Fares

All you need is a minimum of eight people traveling on the same Midwest Airlines itinerary. That's a big advantage over most other airlines which typically require a minimum of 10 people.

Each passenger earns individual Midwest Miles.

Groups Receive Pre-Reserved Seating

Pre-reserved seating (when available) is offered at the time of booking.

Your Fare is Guaranteed After Space Is Reserved

Your Midwest Airlines group representative will provide you with details about deposit and ticketing requirements.
