Midwest Airlines invites you to take your pet along when you travel.
Our Below-Cabin Dog and Cat Accommodations enable you to secure a spot for your kenneled dog or cat below
the forward cabin in a temperature-controlled and pressurized pet
compartment.
Below-cabin service requires that
you travel on the same flight as your pet.
Pet travel requires reservations in advance. Please call our Contact Center at 800-452-2022.
We also offer Pet Cargo Services to ship your pet when you are not accompanying it on the
flight. This service does
not permit the use of Midwest Miles for pet award
travel. To ship via Air Cargo, contact our Cargo Control Center at 800-892-6580, extension 5 at
least 24 hours before the shipping date.
Emotional Support Animal
If necessary to bring a therapeutic/emotional support animal along, please complete the
Support Animal Medical Authorization form.
Midwest Airlines has partnered with the largest online pet supplier,
Drs. Foster and Smith,
to provide you with superior pet travel products. These products have
been carefully selected for your pet to provide a comfortable and safe
flight experience.
