Eligibility at a Glance

• Companies generating between $10,000 and $100,000 in Midwest flown revenue each calendar year are eligible.
• Companies with two or more business travelers may participate.
• Companies that do not currently have a Midwest Airlines Corporate Agreement or other discounted program are eligible.
• Enroll now. Click on BCB Application Form and complete the form. You will be contacted upon your application approval.

Note:

• Travel agencies, wholesalers, consolidators and other sellers of travel may book travel for members of the program, but are not eligible to participate in the program in any other manner.
• Companies exceeding $100,000 per year in Midwest flown revenue are not eligible for the Best Care Business program, but may be eligible for other Midwest programs.
• Must be able to meet all requirements.
