Information Collection and Use
Midwest Airlines is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Web Profile and Midwest Miles Account
While a profile is not required to purchase a flight on our Web site, having a profile does provide you with additional benefits. With a profile, you have the option of holding a reservation for up to 24 hours. You can also view your held or purchased itinerary at midwestairlines.com. A profile stores your personal preferences, which speeds the booking process. In addition, occasionally, you'll receive exclusive offers sent to profile members. Again, these benefits are only available if you have a profile.

While building a profile, users are required to give their contact information, name, e-mail, user ID, password and security question. This information is used to speed and simplify the online reservation process. It is optional for the user to provide information on preferences, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

Transportation Security Administration Privacy Notice
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth and gender for the purpose of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available. Failure to provide your full name, date of birth and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice. Online and Data Security
Midwest uses the Sabre Reservation system to store your billing information. All Midwest systems are in compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards for data storage and transmission. The Web site utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt any sessions that include personal information. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card over the Internet.

Payment Options
When purchasing at midwestairlines.com, you may hold a reservation if you are signed into your online account. Making a reservation as a guest requires an instant purchase using a credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Carte Blanche, UATP (Universal Air Travel Plan and Enroute) or PayPal.

PayPal is a convenient payment method that allows you to use your bank account or credit card to pay for your purchase, without sharing sensitive payment or financial information. It’s a free service. During the online purchase process, just select PayPal as your payment option. You will be redirected to paypal.com to validate your account. Pay directly from your PayPal account or a linked source such as a bank account or credit card. Your confirmation and receipt from Midwest Airlines will show your payment as PayPal. You can also use PayPal to pay by check, Discover Card or Diner’s Club, even though Midwest Airlines does not accept these forms of payment directly. If you don’t have a PayPal account, there is an opportunity to sign up during the booking process.

E-mail
You will need to provide your name and e-mail address for us to notify you about information pertaining to your flights and subscribe you to receive the Best Care Weekly, Midwest Miles Monthly newsletter and Midwest Miles offers. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

To ensure delivery to your e-mail address, please add info@fly.midwestairlines.com and info@reservation.midwestairlines.com to your address book, approved sender list or whitelist.

You can manage e-mail subscription preferences in your Web Profile. If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail message and allow up to 10 days for the request to be processed, or contact us.

Partners
We only share your information with our Midwest Miles partners if it is required to provide the product or service you requested or for specific promotional use. In working with our program partners, we require strict contractual obligations that ensure safeguards for the privacy of information we share.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to those described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Corporate Parent and Affiliated Companies
Information collected by Midwest Airlines may be transferred to another entity in conjunction with the sale of the company or as part of any merger, acquisition or sale of company assets. Information may also be transferred to another entity in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership.

Web Browser Compatibility
To view midwestairlines.com and purchase travel online, we recommend using Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+ or Safari 3, however, we currently only support Internet Explorer for the Web Check-In module. The browser must support SSL encryption and have javascript and cookies enabled. Disabling any of these features or using older browsers may reduce site functionality.
