With a profile, you have the option of holding a reservation for up to 24 hours. You can also view your held or purchased itinerary at
midwestairlines.com. A profile stores your personal preferences, which speeds the booking process. In addition, occasionally, you'll receive exclusive offers sent to profile members. Again, these benefits are only available if you have a profile.
While building a profile, users are required to give their contact information, name, e-mail, user ID, password and security question. This information is used to speed and simplify the online reservation process. It is optional for the user to provide information on preferences, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.
Transportation Security Administration Privacy NoticeThe Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth and gender for the purpose of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available. Failure to provide your full name, date of birth and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. Online and Data SecurityMidwest uses the Sabre Reservation system to store your billing information. All Midwest systems are in compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards for data storage and transmission. The Web site utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt any sessions that include personal information. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card over the Internet.
Payment OptionsWhen purchasing at
midwestairlines.com, you may hold a reservation if you are signed into your online account. Making a reservation as a guest requires an instant purchase using a credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Carte Blanche, UATP (Universal Air Travel Plan and Enroute) or PayPal.
PayPal is a convenient payment method that allows you to use your bank account or credit card to pay for your purchase, without sharing sensitive payment or financial information. It’s a free service. During the online purchase process, just select PayPal as your payment option. You will be redirected to
paypal.com to validate your account. Pay directly from your PayPal account or a linked source such as a bank account or credit card. Your confirmation and receipt from Midwest Airlines will show your payment as PayPal. You can also use PayPal to pay by check, Discover Card or Diner’s Club, even though Midwest Airlines does not accept these forms of payment directly. If you don’t have a PayPal account, there is an opportunity to sign up during the booking process.
