As a Midwest Airlines MasterCard cardholder, you are eligible for a special companion ticket award. You may redeem 15,000 Midwest Miles for a companion ticket (a 5,000 mile discount off the standard companion award). There is no limit to the number of companion awards under this benefit, however, the cardholder must purchase a ticket for themselves and only one companion may travel with the cardholder per trip.
To take advantage of this award, contact the Midwest Miles Service Center at 800-314-7125 to request the companion award. The cardholder’s paid travel must be booked at the same time the companion award is requested and booked.
Primary cardholder must purchase a ticket for themselves and travel all segments of the trip with the companion using the award ticket. Award travel is valid on Midwest Airlines- and Midwest Connect-operated flights only, codeshare flights excluded. Companion travel must be booked through Midwest Airlines by calling 800-314-7125, at least 24 hours in advance and may not be booked online. Award itinerary must be booked in “S” class, which is limited (especially for travel to/from Las Vegas, Florida or Phoenix) and may not be available on all flights/dates.
