Terms and Conditions
Your Midwest Miles elite membership benefits are valid from the date your account is changed to elite status through December 31 of the year in which you do not accrue enough qualifying miles or trips. To retain your Midwest Miles elite status, you must re-qualify between January 1 and December 31 in a calendar year. Midwest Airlines reserves the right to change Midwest Miles Elite program rules, regulations, fees, travel awards and special offers at any time without notice, and to end the program with six months notice. This action may affect program benefits and the value of accumulated mileage, award certificates or program partners. Midwest Miles will be the final authority on mileage credit and award qualification.
