Best Care Club Membership Guide

We want to make sure all our members have the best possible experience when using the Best Care Club. Please be aware of the following rules:

  1. A valid membership card must be presented when entering the Best Care Club. Photo identification may be required.
  2. Membership in the Best Care Club is open to all persons age 21 and over, except airline and airport employees.
  3. The Best Care Club is a smoke-free environment.
  4. Best Care Club members may be accompanied by immediate family members (spouse and children under 21 years of age) OR up to two guests, provided that Midwest Airlines, in its sole discretion, determines that adequate space and conditions exist. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.
  5. Midwest Airlines reserves the right to deny admission to any member or guest whose behavior is deemed improper or objectionable or whose conduct affects the safety or comfort of others.
  6. Membership cards are exclusively for members' use and are not transferable. Best Care Club membership cards are the property of Midwest Airlines. Expired membership cards will be retained by the Best Care Club's representative.
  7. Spouse memberships apply to a legal spouse or domestic partner. Proof of relationship may be required.
  8. Best Care Club membership fees are nonrefundable.
  9. A $50 initiation fee will be charged if a membership lapses. To avoid this fee, memberships must renewed before the expiration date.
  10. Food and beverages from outside sources may not be brought into the Best Care Club.
  11. Pets are not allowed in the Best Care Club, with the exception of seeing-eye dogs or dogs for the hearing-impaired.
  12. Airport luggage carts are not permitted in the Best Care Club.
  13. Private conference rooms can be reserved for an hourly fee. Advance reservations are suggested. Please call 877-203-9857 for more information.
  14. The Best Care Club's general areas are not to be used for group meetings. Business meetings and interviewing job applicants are permitted only in the conference rooms, and are subject to the terms and conditions of conference room usage. Product demonstrations are prohibited.
  15. The Best Care Club will be closed on certain holidays. Hours are subject to change without notice.
  16. Midwest Airlines will not be responsible for any personal articles lost, stolen or damaged in the Best Care Club.
  17. Midwest Airlines is not responsible for electronic data security while using Best Care Club datalines, WiFi or PCs.
  18. Use of the Best Care Club facility is subject to the rules and conditions set by Midwest Airlines, which are subject to change at any time without notice.
  19. Midwest Airlines reserves the right to restrict, alter or modify fees, benefits, services and Club hours at any time, with or without written notice to its members. Memberships may be revoked by Midwest Airlines at its sole discretion. Best Care Club members will not be compensated, monetarily or otherwise, for the temporary closure of the Club or for termination of membership for failure to follow Best Care Club terms and conditions.
