Gift certificates are available in values from $25 to $500, in whole dollar amounts. Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue. One or more may be applied toward the purchase of a ticket at any published fare for travel on Midwest Airlines or Midwest Connect, or on codeshare flights with Midwest Airlines as the marketing carrier.

The gift certificate will be sent to your billing address. A signature will be required upon delivery. Gift certificates will be shipped in 3-5 business days and will be sent via FedEx. We cannot accept PO boxes. If a purchase is made on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holiday, gift certificates will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online and must be mailed to Midwest Airlines for redemption or redeemed at a Midwest Airlines ticket counter location.
- Gift certificates may be applied toward the purchase of any published airfare, including discounted published fares.
- Gift certificates may not be used in conjunction with group or charter travel or Midwest Airlines Vacations packages, and may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue. One or more may be applied toward the purchase of a ticket at any published fare for travel on Midwest Airlines or Midwest Connect, or on codeshare flights with Midwest Airlines as the marketing carrier.
- You will be responsible for the difference between the value of the certificate and the actual cost of the ticket. If the ticket costs less than the value of the certificate, another redeemable document will be issued for the residual value.
- Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen or mutilated; they should be protected like cash.
- Certificates are not redeemable for cash, but are fully transferable. Reproductions, copies or facsimiles are not valid.
- Certificates may be redeemed at any Midwest Airlines or Midwest Connect ticketing location or with your travel consultant. Midwest Airlines is not responsible for travel consultant service fees.
- Certificates will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days.
- Certificates will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder.
