Midwest has partnered with one of Milwaukee's finest restaurants, Mader's, and engaged its excellent team of chefs to design our onboard menu. These high-caliber chefs prepare interesting and flavorful meals for our customers – all at an attractive price. This team of four-star chefs, with many years of cumulative experience working with celebrity chefs, places special emphasis on using local products and blending regional cooking styles into a contemporary presentation.
Best Care Cuisine includes breakfast ($6 and $8), lunch and dinner
($6 and $11). Only credit cards are accepted for payment.
