The Midwest Airlines Miracle Miles program offers travelers the opportunity to donate Midwest Miles to qualifying nonprofit organizations. Donated miles are used to support each organization's mission -- including fulfilling travel wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions and transporting individuals with disabilities or special needs to distant specialized medical facilities for continuing care. For single donations of 5,000 miles or more, we'll match one mile for every three you donate. For donations of 15,000 miles or more, you may specify the organization you wish to receive your miles.To donate, simply complete the form. We'll deduct the miles from your account and deposit them in the Miracle Miles account. Thank you for your generosity!

Terms and Conditions

• Donations may not exceed your current account balance and may not be taken from an account having only sign-up bonus mileage credit.
• Once made, donations may not be re-deposited to your account.
• Donations are not tax deductible. Members are responsible for any tax liability associated with mileage and awards earned through the Midwest Miles program.
• Midwest Airlines will distribute travel donations from the Miracle Miles Account in the form of airline tickets for travel on Midwest and/or Midwest Connect. Distribution will be made on an as-needed basis to qualifying, preregistered organizations. Organizations interested in registering as a qualified charity in the Miracle Miles program should request a registration form from Midwest Airlines.
• Midwest Airlines will have the final authority in interpreting these policies and approving donations, distributing requests and program participation. These policies and procedures are subject to change without notice.
