Midwest Airlines Celebrates Launch of Nonstop Service from Milwaukee to Raleigh-Durham and St. Louis

Milwaukee, April 1, 2010 – To celebrate the launch of nonstop service between Milwaukee and both Raleigh/Durham, N.C. and St. Louis, Midwest Airlines has announced special pricing on the new routes: $79 one way to or from Raleigh Durham and $49 one way to or from St. Louis. Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days in advance and by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, April 15, for travel through June 9, 2010.

The twice-daily Raleigh/Durham service – the only nonstop service on the route – will be operated on 76-seat Embraer 170 aircraft, featuring 2-by-2 all-leather seating. The St. Louis service, which will include two daily roundtrip flights, will be provided on 37-seat Embraer 135 aircraft featuring all-leather seating. Flights on both routes will offer buy-onboard meals and snacks, and complimentary chocolate chip cookies.

Terms and Conditions: Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, April 15, 2010. Fares are for Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday travel; slightly higher fares apply to travel on other days. Fares are each way. Seats are limited at these fares and certain flights and/or days of travel may be unavailable, especially during busy travel periods. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but may be reissued for up to a $100 change fee (depending on the fare type purchased) as well as a possible fare increase to a non-promotional fare type. For Frontier flights, flight segment(s) must be cancelled prior to scheduled departure time or the ticket(s) and all monies will be forfeited.

A $25 per ticket service fee will be charged for tickets purchased through either airline’s reservations center and airport locations, or the Best Care Club.
