Midwest Airlines Announces Launch of Second Nonstop Milwaukee - Los Angeles Flight With $79 Introductory Fares

Milwaukee, July 15, 2009 – Midwest Airlines today announced it will launch a second nonstop flight between Milwaukee and Los Angeles beginning October 1. The new service, which will operate daily except Saturday, includes a 7:35 p.m. departure from Milwaukee and an 11:30 p.m. departure from Los Angeles.

Service will be offered aboard an Embraer 190 aircraft configured with 20 Signature seats with extra legroom and 79 Saver seats. The Midwest Class seating option combines the airline’s award-winning service and onboard amenities with two choices of seating in the same coach cabin. Buy-onboard Best Care Cuisine meals and baked-onboard chocolate chip cookies will also be available.

To mark the launch of the new flights, Midwest is offering special pricing: $79 one way. Tickets must be purchased at least 21 days in advance and by midnight, Central time, August 3, 2009, for travel October 1 through November 18, 2009.

Travel at this fare is valid only on flights 1505 and 1506. These flights do not operate on Saturdays. Seats are limited and may not be available when you purchase. Tickets are nonrefundable.
